I have a username. Why won't it let me access digital resources using it?

Usernames can be created to provide an additional way of accessing your account on the library catalog. Unfortunately, they are unique to the library catalog itself; our online resources have no way of accessing and verifying your account by the username.

Access to our online resources can only be granted using your library card number. If you have lost your library card and need access to our online resources, we can help you replace it; just visit the library with your photo ID and we will replace it for you. Replacement cards typically cost $1, but at this time we are not able to accept payments of any kind, so it will be replaced for free.
